omgprojects is fully licensed and insured. A copy of all insurance certificates is available upon request from omgprojects including Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Contractor’s All Risk Insurance and Public Liability Insurance up to $20 million.
omgprojects has access to a wide range of industry contacts including senior private certifiers, town planners, heritage architects and fire, mechanical and structural engineers to aid the design approval process. We establish the type of certification required for the project and prepare and submit these on your behalf. Our experience results in reduced costs and elimintarion of time delays.
omgprojects’ team of in-house builders can complete all types of building, renovations and fit-outs, providing quality workmanship for partitioning, glazing, carpentry, joinery, electrical and plumbing on all types of projects. Our builders are highly skilled, professional and reliable.
