- Full documentation for construction will be prepared
- We'll ensure we comply with all relevant building codes
- Prepare all aspects of finishes, including signage & furniture selections, for your approval
- We'll also arrange for the building owner and council approvals

- We'll set up site attendance meetnigs to keep you fully informed of progress
- Arrange access for and manage all contractors
- Liaise with building management
- Work with services consultants
- we'll prepare a defects list and ensure that all is completed in a timely manner
- Obtain all as built drawings
- Finally we'll issue an occupancy certificate and certificate of practical completion
Relocation
- We can also project manage and supervise the physical relocation
