Commercial Interiors Steps

Here are the three stages we work in to complete your project.

Stage 1 is a detailed brief based the requirements of your office’s design and layout. We conduct our own site survey to get a feel for the conception and preliminary budgeting of your project.

Stage 2 is our design and documentation phase. In this, we will prepare all of the aspects of your project, which includes furniture and signage selections. We will also liaise with your building’s owner and seek approvals for all construction to be applied.

Stage 3 details all of the construction to your office. We will comply will all building codes, compile a detailed defects list and complete all of the fitout work. If this involves any relocation of physical items, we will manage that also.
