Allen & Overy is a UK based law firm with offices in 22 countries.  Level 6 & 7 Goldfield House; 1 Alfred Street, Sydney were leased in January 2010 to accommodate their entry into the Australian market.

OMG were interviewed after expressing interesto modify the floor previously occupied by Deacons Lawyers. Our team demonstrated the ability to provide a completely new electrical/communication system and new building works th twas innovative and offered a high standard of finishes.

The works had to be completed within a 4 week period and it was imperativethat the costs were contained, given consideration to the short term lease.
